JACK McKISSOCK
Jack is the Founder and Senior instructor here at ODOG.

Linda started training her first dog, a Golden Retriever
in 1982. 

She has been training with ODOG since its inception
in 1984.  In 1986 she started to apprentice Joan in the Beginner classes and up to the Novice level while continuing to train several more dogs through all the competitive levels.
In 1995, Jack and Joan asked Linda and Cindy to develop and teach the puppy level classes.

Linda's continued experience working with dogs over the last 20+ years includes, 9 years working as a veterinary and technician assistant in Ottawa's largest vet clinic and now has been running her own pet service company, Linda's Pet Services for the past 12 years.

At present, along with the puppy  through to the Level ll
classes, Linda presently assists Jack in the advanced level competitive sessions and continues to work her golden Nitro in obedience, flyball and agility.

CINDY EDWARDS
Cindy has lived and worked with domestic and farm
animals her whole life.
Saving money from her first job as a paper carrier,
she bought her own puppy at 8 years old!

She has been working as a veterinary and technician assistant for one of Ottawa's largest vet hospitals for 28 years and has also
worked for Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind as a
Trainer and Apprentice Instructor.

Cindy met Linda at the vet clinic and shortly thereafter
joined ODOG and has been here ever since.
Over this time, Cindy has trained 8 of her dogs with ODOG and has obtained numerous competitive obedience titles.
For the past 12 years at ODOG, Cindy has helped develop the ODOG puppy classes with Linda and has been a full instructor for the Beginner Level l and ll and Novice classes and the Beginner Practice Agility level.

Currently, Cindy who enjoys not only learning about the 'pack' mentality of dogs, she also enjoys living it!
She rarely has less than 3 dogs living with her and at this time has a full life not only working with animals, she is teaching and training all three of her dogs at ODOG.
Cindy's 3 dogs, Riker, Hannah and Storm also do other dog
sports such as flyball and agility and when she finds some
spare time, Cindy attends seminars and studies about dog behavior.
And to top it all off, Cindy has also achieved titles on
a couple of dogs in the Confirmation ring!
